Are you guys getting hit with the two storms that are coming? We had an ice storm on Monday, we had rain today, tomorrow we have snow and then Saturday into Sunday we are having a Nor'Easter with the potential for a foot of snow!!!!!!! So much for this being a mild winter!!!!!!

Well, we are getting a bit more rain right now, then we'll get rain tonight and tomorrow. Tim Hedrick (the local weatherman I trust) says we might get a "Southwestern Screamer" on Saturday--with possible accumulating snow! I know we're going to have lots colder temperatures next week!

Wow, a foot of snow! Snow is good; ice is not.

Just remember: mild winters are not good in many ways. You need several days or more of LOW temperatures to kill bugs and stuff. There is an old saying that says, "A green Yule makes a fat kirk-yard."

Ohhh don't get me wrong, I didn't want a mild winter- that was just the prediction. I love a nice snowy winter that is bug free!!! We are getting hit in a few short hours with that huge storm...I guess it is supposed to snow 1-2 inches an hour!!!! Sigh....and of course I have to work until 8....enjoy the snow if you get any!

I have not been paying attention to where the other storm is. Is it on the East Coast? I am going to have to look at some weather maps.

I hope you can get home safely!

I hope you got home okay, and that it didn't take too long.
