Cat'r's new job!

Cat'r has a great computer consulting gig for the next 13 months! The only hitch is that it's in Louisville, Kentucky, which is just a *little* too far for daily commute. So he's going to have an apartment down there and come home on weekends. ::sniffle::

He's down there now, scouting out apartments. He'll be back Friday night, I think. Well, yeah. We have role-playing on Saturday. :-P

He starts work on the 21st.

Yay job! Boo missing Cat'r.

I have years and years of sleep deprivation, so I usually don't have trouble going to sleep, no matter what. :-P And there are lots of mutually-"owned" stuffed animals that I can hug when I get lonely. Daisy has gone on *her* long-term assignment, which is to watch over Cat'r. She's living at Cat'r's new apartment now. And Teddy, who is Cat'r's and my bear, stays here. Teddy is in telepathic communication with Daisy so that they can keep things on an even keel for us. :-)

Cat'r was up here yesterday, to take Bunnicula and me to a couple doctor appointments, and me to Joann's and Michaels. :-P But afterwards Cat'r and I played some Karaoke Revolution (hehehe), and then we all watched some shows we had gotten backed up on: "The Amazing Race" and "Martha Stewart: The Apprentice". :-D Cat'r will be back up on Saturday to take me/go with me to my Common Threads group. And after that take B. to the grocery.

Then his assignment starts on Monday. I'm not sure when he will be up next, but I guess the weekend at the latest.

If you need a good book to read you should take out a mystery called "Aunt Dimity's Death" By Nancy Atherton. You'll understand why when you read it.

Oh my gosh, how many Aunt Dimity books ARE there?!? The one you recommend looks good. I'll get the first couple out of the library. :-) Thanks!

There are quite a few. She is very popular. I am currently awaiting the newest one called "Aunt Dimity and The Deep Blue Sea.

Oh geez, I got something in my email (twice!) that I thought was spam. It was from some kind of database that I think relates to *you*. I saw your name in the reviews for one of the Aunt Dimity books, and that's the name that was in/on the email. So if it's something you need to send again, could you do that? I'm sorry. I thought it was some kind of suspicious email. :-P

Re: P.S.!!
I didn't send you anything so I would delete it..It might be a virus pretending to be a friend.

Actually, I am reading all the books in the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series by Alexander McCall Smith. They are set in Botswana and they are WONDERFUL! Cat'r is reading them too. We are sorta neck-and-neck as to which book we are on. Well, he's one book ahead, but then I read the next book beyond the one he's on, so I will catch up. :-P

But after I finish this series, I will get to Aunt Dimity. I just put holds on ALL the ones in our public library! LOL! Ten books!
